📢 NOW HIRING: SKILLS TRAINERS (On-Demand Basis)
We are building a roster of qualified and passionate TRAINERS to deliver courses based on market demand. If you have proven skills, recognized expertise, and a passion for teaching, we want you in our team.
✅ Requirements:
- Letter of Intent specifying:
- The course(s) or skills you intend to teach
- Your proposed rate of compensation per course
- Your preferred mode of compensation (per day, per session, or per entire course)
- Valid certifications for the skills you intend to teach
- Additional proof of competency such as:
- Skills competition awards
- Skills assessment results
- Recognitions or special achievements in your field
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively to diverse learners
💰 Mode & Rate of Compensation:
- Compensation will be per course basis, determined by the scope, duration, and complexity of the subject matter.
- Payment options: Per day, per training session, or lump sum for entire course — as agreed in the contract.
- Final rates will be discussed upon review of qualifications and course content.
📌 Important Notes:
- Trainers will be engaged only when a course is in demand.
- Preference will be given to trainers with hands-on field experience and recognized credentials.
- For on-site trainings the usual venue will be in Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental. However, courses may be offered somewhere else depending on the trainees requesting for the specific trainings.
- Some training can be done online.
